01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dc22 — accessible at dc22.bet — or by creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and dc22 ("the Company", "We", "Us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use dc22, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dc22 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not for or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from dc22 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, or close relative of an employee of dc22 or any of its software providers.

dc22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Only one (1) account per individual is permitted. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, phone number, device, or IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dc22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your dc22 account and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Notify dc22 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.

dc22 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your account — provided it occurred before you reported a security breach — will be treated as authorised by you.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits. Funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Debit Card, and USDT TRC20. All amounts are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard processing time is 1–3 business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. dc22 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks that may temporarily delay processing.

4.3 Currency. All balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt. dc22 does not guarantee exchange rates.

4.4 Chargebacks. Any chargeback attempt or reversal of a payment will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds. dc22 cooperates fully with financial institutions in fraud investigations.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

All bonuses offered by dc22 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards — are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotional page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x–35x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a reduced percentage (often 10%–20%).
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the individual offer — commonly 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum allowed bet per game round or sports wager is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the previous bonus and its associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: dc22 monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play. In confirmed cases of abuse, bonuses will be voided and accounts may be permanently closed.

dc22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will not be compensated for any promotional offer that is withdrawn before redemption.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including live cricket, PSL matches, international tournaments, and other markets — are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. dc22 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error occurred.

6.2 Casino Games. All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win titles available on dc22, use certified random-number generation (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within individual game information panels.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; results cannot be verified from official sources; or there is reasonable evidence that the outcome was influenced by corrupt activity.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. dc22 applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap of Rs 5,000,000 (PKR) unless a higher limit is stated for a specific jackpot game. Any winnings above this threshold are subject to manual review before release.

6.5 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or betting event, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. dc22's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dc22 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) laws.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with dc22 staff members.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Posting abusive, defamatory, or harmful content through any dc22 communication channel including live chat or support tickets.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on dc22 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, written text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dc22 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any dc22 content without express prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorised use of dc22 trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dc22 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party failures.
• Losses incurred as a result of relying on information published on dc22, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

dc22's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licence standards under which dc22 operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through dc22's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] and allowing up to 14 business days for a written response.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority under whose framework dc22 operates. dc22's decision on all gaming disputes — particularly those involving technical malfunctions, voided bets, or account security — is final and binding.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.

11 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your dc22 account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

dc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with or without notice if:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Required KYC documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.
